Voices from within

Do they exist?
I grew up watching and believing in fairy tales – Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs, Beauty and the Beast and etc. If you believe that they exist, then they exist! I used to love watching them over and over again on laser discs, yup, the huge version of compact discs then. I even chose Beauty and the Beast’s theme song when my organ instructor asked which song would I prefer to arrange for my organ examination.

However, as I grow up, things changed and fairy tales are fantasies now. Was it because I got more realistic? Why is it that as we grow up we lose the faith that we used to have as a child?
